How do I place an order?
Please fill in the details as requested in the Online Order Form. We will get in touch with you via email or phone within one working day to confirm the order

How many days in advance do I need to place an order?
Orders for cakes need to be placed at least 2 days in advance. Please use the Calendar on the Online Order Form to indicate the requested delivery date for the cakes.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity for our cakes. We however do charge a delivery fee of 9 dollars per destination in Singapore. We will be glad to waive off the delivery fee for orders of more than 60 dollars.

What are your delivery hours like?

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
10:00 am - 1:00 pm (1st slot)
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (2nd slot)

Delivery hours are in 2 time slots blocks. Cakes are delivered in-between the time slots stated. It's difficult for us at this point of time to fix the exact time for cake deliveries. Do let us know if you need it by a particular time however, we will try to accomodate the request.

We do not do deliveries on Public Holidays. We will however be glad to entertain special requests if required so please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do the cakes require refrigeration?
Our cakes are freshly baked. Our cakes tend to be a bit moist and they thus have to be refrigerated 1 day after purchase. Our cakes are best enjoyed by consuming no later than 3 days after purchase.
